  6. Prepare of Stir fried minced pork.
  7. Prepare 100 g of minced pork.

  11. It's of Roasted Char Siew.
  12. It's 700 g of Pork Shoulder.
  13. You need 2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce.
  14. Prepare 100 g of maltose.
  15. Prepare 1 tablespoon of sake.
  16. You need 60 ml of water.
  17. Prepare 0.5 tablespoon of five spice powder.
  18. It's 0.5 teaspoon of soy sauce.
  19. It's 0.5 teaspoon of sesame oil.
  20. You need 1 clove of garlic.
  21. You need of Crispy shallots.
  22. Prepare 6 of shallots.
  23. It's 400 ml of canola oil.
  24. It's of Pork lard.
  25. Prepare 200 g of pork fat.
  26. It's 1 knob of crushed ginger.

Sarawak Kolo Mee instructions

  1. Marinate Char Siew overnight and bake at 200 deg Celsius for 10 mins each side. Cool for ten minutes before slicing..
